The USPTO examiner is searching prior art for a second independant clock to clock the I/O interface. The German Patent Court was unable to find any. I'm wondering if the examination in Germany is similar to that in the USA, whereby a list gets generated containing all the prior art that was considered in the review . Should there be another rejection here, I love to know if the examiner uses anything on that list.

Any of our German friends willing to find out if such a list exists and whether it is available to the public?
