After two, two 1/2 years of an USPTO investigation I would hope that all possible prior art would be found. Maybe that is why it is taking so long. I think our patents have been thoroughly investigated. Also, just because they send it in doesn't mean it would warrant another review. I think the ivestigator would look pretty bad if more were found after his investigation.I'm not 100% sure of this, but I believe I read somewhere that the re-examination is much more intense than searching for prior art during the original application process. So, IMO once we get through with this it should be a done deal.
