The Company has only recently learned of the development at the USPTO regarding the ‘336 patent reexamination and as such, has not at this time made any public announcement as to the meaning of this event. Once we are in possession of the full details from the USPTO and have had a chance to discuss the matter with our licensing partner the TPL Group, we will be in a better position to evaluate how and when we may be able to provide an update to our shareholders.
