I tend to agree with you 100%. We've been fighting hard for 2 years and we weren't able to convince them - so I highly doubt we're going to be able to convince them in an appeal. They have their "tech" guys who would obviously rebut the tech guys on this board with their arguments.

I'm not knocking anyone and I can appreciate the eternal optimism that people show but I've alway been a pragmatist. I believe RG was shifting focus and our attention away from the MMP for a specific reason.

Let's hope we get lucky with Crossflo. Crossflo is probably the reason why we're at .09 instead of .02 right now.
