Don't start that dangerous garbage. While Milestone does a great job of presenting information, it is important to remember it is information to be digested and processed. It certainly should not be taken as conclusive fact. The statistics are just that, statistics. While they certainly raise hopes that we can be in the winning percentage, beyond that, those numbers mean nothing. I'm not trying to be Mr. Negative but to much drum beating the last few months has thus far proven to be false. The only "known facts" that can be discussed are the one's that have already occured. At this juncture we are now 0-2 with hits taken on the '584 and now a big hit with the '336. We must hope, and that's all we have, that Mr. Moore's arguments don't fall on deaf ears in the appeals process. While the technical aspect of the examiner's conclusions appear to be flawed, according to some agora posters, it is safe to say that some of these decisions are subjective. IMO we've just seen how complex the "obviousness" issue can be. When someone is left to determine what they deem to be obvious, how can facts sway their opinion? Unfortunately for PTSC and other patent holders, it appears this is a very grey area.
