Nice -

I wonder, with all the evidence that went for us, and with our initial issuance, and then this seemingly illogical conclusion of the USPTO... Maybe TPL will sue the PTO on corruption charges/bribery or something... lol

Has it ever been done. They'r probably under immeniant domain.
