Albie - of course I hope that you are correct, however, why wouldn't the examiners issue a "non-final" rejection if they just wanted to buy time?

As I've said before, the tone of the USPTO examiners towards our patents doesn't sound very positive to me. It might be time to put all of our hopes in the acquired businesses.
