I respect your opinions but I see a different status for the MMPs. I think the odds of the MMPs bringing in mega money is now a long shot at best. Our opposition in our current legal battle has mentioned the recent final rejection - I don't think they would mention it to the judge if it was a non-issue. Our CEO has totally changed focus to the new aquisitions and has noticeably downplayed the MMP licensing revenue. I can clearly read the writing on the wall.

I applaud RG for taking an agressive stance on finding new strategies for increasing the value of the company - instead of sitting around and waiting for the MMP ship to come in as Pohl and Turley did.
