SO the lawsuit could be over termination package. Happens all the time with executives. Remember our fat lazy accountant guy who wanted a better package after totally screwing the company. He sued PTSC.

Anyone feel like suing Turley or Phol? Sounds like some of you want to sue our shareholder representative. Play nice.
