Let me take you back a few posts:
All parties having any portion of the ownership in the patent property must act together as a composite entity in patent matters before the Office
please note the phrase "ownership in the patent"
You replied:
EVEN IF ALL PARTIES SIMUTANEOUSY(simultaneously?)STAND TOGETHER BEFORE THE PTO.
"wouldn't that indicate settlement of the outstanding issues?"
No, it would not. Showing a concerted front to the PTO on issues of "Obviousness" and/or "Prior Art" is VERY different than settling on a dispute of equitable ownership on the underlying patents.
I will merely state a previous reply to you,
I have to agree with you on taking a common sense approach to the "clear meaning" of statements.
By way of reciprocity, and until such time that you apply your own criteria to any statements, please be advised that I no longer feel obligated to give the courtesy of a reply.
Be well
