I realize CM was absent from the re-exam meetings, however, I firmly believe that CM was not there because TPL did not want him there and "not" because of their fued.

If TPL thought CM could help with the re-exam meetings, they would have had him there. Based on my experience from working with attorneys, they are extremely paranoid about a "lay person" saying the "wrong thing". Attorneys are extremely controlling and want to control what everyone states at that type of meeting. If you're not required to speak, then they typically won't let you.

The chips at stake are way to high for TPL and Moore to snub each other over their fued at the expense of a failed re-exam. (Pun intended.)
