I agree with you 100%. On somthing as important as the patent re-exam I would think the inventor should be in the meeting. It almost seems like PTSC was also surprised to hear about the TPL/Moore ownership issue. IMO as half owner of the patents, in light of this disagreement, PTSC needs to step in and have some oversight at least on the USPTO re-examinations and I would like to see more on the licensing front as well. This is way to important for RG to let Leckrone handle this on his own. It's obvious he can't be trusted now.
