it could be just as easy the MAC wants out.... it sounds like he has backed out of the Moore deal... we did raise the number avialble of shares... we do have some spare cash... I think everyone is needs to wait and hear whats is going on first.... (but I do understand the frustration and how easy it is to make the jump..)
