Have to be careful what we buy. Afterall, TPL does owe Moore 20 million. That 20 million could make Moore an out and out partner with us. He did sign the PDS and the master agreement so he would still be obligated to us. He can't go anywhere without our blessing and the same holds true with us. Both owners of the patent have to agree to go after infringers. That works both ways...no. So even if TPL goes away we are still locked at the hip with Moore.

Hopefully an audit with TPL will be coming soon. They could be put in a squeeze real soon. Lets just hope the fickled finger of fate falls on the one with the less character. I think we know who that will be.
