If the original 584 patent had 29 claims and in TPL's first attempt to get it approved added some more claims which were rejected by the USPTO along with claim 29. So TPL dropped the added claims and modified the 29th claim. So if the patent hasn't really changed that much from the original written patent, is the patent really weaker than it was when it was originally written? or am I missing somthing.
