The 336 undergoes a 2 year "re-exam" and then a second "re-exam" starts up? This doesn't sound right but I'm not familiar with the process.

How long can this go on? Anyone can request a re-exam no matter how many re-exams the patent has gone through. There's got to be a limit and rules around this.

We're obviously missing a major piece of what is going on and I'm not expecting to find out anytime soon.
