Well big guy, how exactly are we comforting one another? I don't feel any better about the reexam process now then I did following the rejection notice. I don't find it soothing to have another party request a second reexam. Since your so knowledgable, could you please explain why another third party would request a reexam for a patent currently in the rejection phase? Are they just attempting to shoot a dead man twice?
