So you feel the licensing effort has not been affected by the USPTO process? OK I tried.

The subject was evaluating RG's performance. You want to judge him soley on the MMP licensing and the SP and exclude everything he's actually been working on and has control over. Those are your words not mine. I believe RG should be judged on what he has control over at PTSC and again it is too early for me to make a call on this. So I will reserve judgement of him for another year or two.
