So, YOU are unhappy and think YOU can changes things, but you want ME to tell you how to do it?

To paraphrase, "lord, give me the strength to change what needs to be changed, the ability to accept what I can't change, and the wisdom to know the difference".

Time for the whiners to put up or shut up. If I see a plan for change that I think makes sense, I'll back it wholeheartedly. But posting your unhappiness constantly on a message board without actually doing anything about it is "intellectually dishonest" and lends to questioning the motives of one who does so.
