I was under the impression that the share price is where it is because of the USPTO and Swartz? The BOD members seem to have very little control over both? Why are people ignoring these two facts and trying to find fault with people that have set the company back on it's feet and in a position to be successful and ultimately increase share holder value?

There are no guarantees in investing in a penny stock. This is not a fortune 500 company. Quit trying to compare this company to a blue chip before it is. There are reasons PTSC trades at the same levels it did 3 years ago and your smart enough and have been here long enough to know why.

So the executives have benefited from the success of PTSC so far and we havn't. This is reality in corporate America today. The biggest pigs will always get their fill first. Many of us had ample opportunity to cash in on the run up but didn't. So now we have to find blame with someone for our lack of judgement.

Some of us longs have not quit believing that this company can succeed and ultimately increase shareholder value. You know as well as I that that depends on the USPTO reexamination results and sales of the PDSG products not the removal of old BOD members. Until then we stay here if you can't deal with the reality of this situation then you should consider moving on. Life is too short to worry about the small stuff.
