Excellent response as always. The 6/17 Petition listed below was filed by our side TPL in response to 4/21 submissions (arguments?) by our opponents and coincidental to the Notice to Issue a Reexamination Certificate date (also 4/21). It would seem that either all of the 4/21 submissions were thrown out or all sorts or reviewing of many documents and arguments took place with associated conclusions in TPL's favor would have had to happen in a very short amount of time for a recert of 584 to occur. That's why I still have lingering questions here.
