The better question is has ANYBODY audited PDS for PTSC? And if not, why not? I would rather have Felcyn review an independently prepared audit with an PTSC interested eye and have some responsible party to go after legally if there proves to be errors or problems, than have a repeat of what it appears was done with the Commercialization Agreement where it is unclear if PTSC has any legal recourse if there are legal issues.
