On the serface it looks like they are paying her a large sum but how much was Gloria paid in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006? Is it possible she is receiving some compensation for her dedicated work during years when she did not get paid very much? Somthing to consider before jumping to conclusions.
