S&L held all the cards regarding the convertible stock, to suggest that any BoD could have progressed without their consent and with a more favorable result to PTSC is spurious.

As to any of the BoDs over the last few years, I am not fully happy with the make-up, but that is not to say that I will lay blame on them for every possible action/inaction when the events are completely beyond their control.

As to the current BoD, Goerner appears to be leading in the right direction, with their support. Unfortunately, for example, the results of something commenced today will not appear yesterday, no matter how hard people try to assume that will happen. one has to await tomorrow.
