Our CEO does not have a board position and we do not have a COB at the moment. Before we progress further with these Goverment contracts, which will be very substanial, we will need to produce an internal audit. I would assume that Gloria would be working with any Gov't officals in that capacity. Now if I am R.G. and I arranged this Barconi deal and know all that is involved with it I would stay in the backgroung and let the internal organizations who are actually being audited handle it. Years of Lecrone and Swartz dealings will come to light very soon. Now we are beginning to know why PTSC was not transparent on the MMP dealings. Lot of dirty laundry there. Best to let the trashmen handle the trash. JMO.
