Interesting timing coincidences that company goes silent on MMP in April, Moore goes public on MMP fight in early May (May 9th I think), and RG puts his house up for sale on May 11.

Perhaps we've got it backwards, and their looking for a loophole to sell the MMP without shareholder approval by getting a valuation on the PDSG enterprise that will show it to be the predominant asset. When you consider the one time payments make it difficult to value the MMP, and that they are potentially in the homestretch on the '336 and definitely on the '584, could that be what this is about?

Sell the MMP with no resistance for the shareholders, and then deal with the remaining enterprise?
