Good luck with your letter to the SEC..they were sent "Madoff" documents that spelled out his scams "on a silver platter"..multiple times from multiple sources years before the start of any investigation..when intially investigated was cleared at the time..

My point, you think that PTSC is mis-managed..you have not even stractched the surface on the SEC..nor the fact that they are grossly under manned for what they are tasked with..only will cost us more money in the end..and nothing will come of it..except possibly an even lower share price than we have now IMO..
