Regarding the Baroni Management Company LLC:

What if we were to find out that the Baroni Mangement Company LLC, was a new venture, recently started by Greg Baroni, in partnership with Eric Swartz, to acquire troubled companies at pennies on the dollar and to raid their components and sell them off for huge profits payable to Baroni Management Company, LLC? Would you be so quick to dismiss questions about why the PR reads that the Audit Commitee hired a company that isn't legally in existence yet?

Where in the PR do we learn ANYTHING about what Baroni Management Company LLC actually does?

We see a lot of what Greg Baroni HAS DONE, but without any ability to investigate Baroni Management Company LLC, how can anyone know what they do, what thier goals are, their mission statement, their personnel, etc. etc. etc. You may think the above is an impossible extreme, but how can you know? Is it based on previous performance of the companies officers and directors that you feel comfortable that they wouldn't do something that didn't benefit ALL of the shareholders?
