I presume based on your comments here that you were actually in the military at one point? Let me ask you, were you ever in command of anyone else? If so, when those soldiers performed poorly or less than the standard required, did you ever chastise them? If so, did you ever do so in front of the other soldiers? If so, did you retire from the military BEFORE you took them to task?

If you did not chastise the poor performing soldiers, how long was it before you lost your command? How many battles did you/us (the U.S.) lose because of these poorly performing soldiers? At what cost?
