Moore's response regarding the recert of the '584 is interesting to say the least. On the one hand he acknowledges that the MMP still lives, yet on the other he implies the amended claim 29 is difficult to discern. Really? The inventor isn't exactly sure what the new amended claim 29 means? Any thoughts? He appears to be implying the amendment leaves the claims interpretation somewhat vague.
Claim 29 is patentable as amended. MMP lives!

I was just informed that after reexamination, US patent '584 was determined patentable. Claim 29, as amended. Thank you, Thomas. Really hard to know what Claim 29 says. I've added it to the Moore v TPL page.
