I'm not sure I agree based on CM's own statement. The first sentence appears to be a statement of confusion concerning the enterpretation of the claim. In the second sentence he offers everyone the chance to examine it for themselves. Didn't anyone else find it strange that the USPTO abruptly dropped the re-exam and issued a re-cert once TPL agreed to the amendment? Mr. Moore's statement makes it appear that the amended claim is now vague at best. How does that aid use in chasing potential infringers?
