336 Reexam delayed

Paraphrasing-

Filing date of April 24th is vacated. Requestor must within 30 days file response that is compliant

Upon further review of the request papers, the request is not compliant... i.e. "identification of every claim for which reexam is requested and a detailed explanation of the pertinency and manner of applying the patents and printed publications to every claim for which reexam is requested."
