Also potentially working in our favor is that in 30 days, a decision on the OTHER re-exam request on the '336 is due (the one filed by HTC). If you compaire the requests of the one Sirius made, and the on HTC made, at least in style to my untrained eye, the HTC one looks much more complete/official, so if we get a denial of that request in a month, and these guys fall short on their resubmittal, or simply rely on HTC's request to argue their ponts, then we may see some movement on finalizing the '336 shortly thereafter. With the '336 seeming to be the most important patent, if an indicatoin of positive movement is afoot in early September, we may see some market anticipation reflected in the pps. That sure would be nice!
