the links you provided did not work... As a discliamer I am not trying to spread any rumors.. that is why I started my post with the word rumor.... However in my earlier post I posted that my belief that PTSC would be buying out Lecky and the hiring of Baroni is to price PTCS assets so we canpay Lecky (and now maybe Moore) in cash and shares... This was my GUESS... I will do some more DD to see if your post is correct... if you have chance please repost the links...
