"We seem to attract all this high end talent that have worked wonders building other companies yet when they land at good old PTSC. THEY SIMPLY CAN"T DELIVER ON THEIR HYPE. JMHO"

How many year did it take the high end talent to build these other companies? 3 years? 5 Years? 7 years? My guess is that these people didn't just show up and instantly the company was transformed. How long has the high end talent been working at PTSC?
