I assumed the high priced talent Wrenchhead is refferring to is RG, Trednick and Schrock. These are the people that have had a history of success building other companies.

I don't believe Wrenchhead was refferring to the old BOD members as talented at building other companies. Which of the high priced old BOD talent that have had success building other companies are you reffering to?
