I speak with no more authority on the issue than you. I really don't have to answer in regards to the R/S issue because the CEO of your investment just told everyone for the one millionth time it's not in the cards at this time. According to Rick Goerner, these conditions that you constantly bring up, do not yet exist for PTSC to successfully navigate a reverse split. The issue concerning the German court system is simple, I'm 100% confident that Alliacense has already examined, exhausted and beat to death all options that are now open as a result of the German validation. My point was clear, there's no need to question their modus operandi for I feel certain TPL has covered all their bases regarding potential legal action in Germany.

In regards to settlement I remember quite well some of the information posted long ago regarding nuisance settlements etc.. The dollar settlements over the last few quarters clearly indicate that multiple parties ascertained licenses well below the estimated cost of legal action. Fees in the mid to low hundreds of thousands based on some of Lamberts estimates. It really doesn't matter how it was split the total quarterly dollars told us enough.

To your last point regarding economic conditions I will speak to some authority just as you do with legal matters. As I've stated on many occassions, I spoke at length with a gentlemen who is the former CEO of a $3 billion dollar electronics company. His company was on the list of top chip users that BaNosser posted a few years ago. He had no idea who TPL or Patriot was and didn't care. They face these issue multiple times a year from varies parties. He said 99% of the time it was a shake down that resulted in no money changing hands. He was adament they never pay until it became obvious that issues presented were valid. To the best of his knowledge on the rare occasion that payment was made, it took many months to resolve. Companies are literally hemorrhaging cash at the moment. It's like a mother fighting to the death to protect the last piece of food for her child. Never mind that she stole it from the person who is now trying to get it back, she doesn't care about that. They may eventually pay, but it won't be without a fight. IMO

Regarding my question about Alliacense having the prowess to sue hundreds, that was a question directed at a few posters that are inferring that money is about to start pouring in. While you may be of the opinion that companies may wish to license rather than litigate, I am of the opinion many of these companies will not go quietly into the night.

I'm as excited about the '336 news as anyone, but this revelation that has sprung forth from this board is very premature. The last few days you've had a group of people setting everyone up to believe that all our troubles are behind us, it's blue skies from here. My point was simply to remind everyone that true ,we now have the bat and ball but it doesn't mean all the teams are going to play by our rules. Not to high, not to low. I prefer steady at the wheel.
