I can't speak for Brian, but my guess is, or at least the reason I am invested, is the intrinsic value of the MMP. The problem is leveraging and monetizing that value and the strategy involved therein, not to mention the lack of transparency involving that strategy, that is if there is any strategy. If there is a strategy, the market says it is not working thus far, therefore an enlightenment to the owners (us) regarding the status and future strategy of this valuable asset, which "is a patent litigators dream", should be forthcoming. Unfortunately, seeking cover behind the commercialization agreement due to the possible failings of the strategy is what many shareholders might be sensing, due to the complete communication shutdown.

There is no one who wants this thing to pop more than me, after being invested over 9 years, and with 2 kids in college. I hope as much as anyone that whatever it is that may be transpiring will work to our favor.

But one has to wonder when a company will not provide formal updates regarding the legal status and strategic management of its sole profit stream to the owners of that asset in a public corporation setting.
