Not really. It totally depends, not on the size of the company, but the amount of infringement the company commits. For example, a large company could pay only 1MM, whereas a much smaller company could pay 10MM or more.

Going back to when settlement amounts were PR'd. I believe HP settled for appx. 35MM and Fujutsu appx 32MM. I'm going by memory here so don't hold me to the exact dollar.

So, the correct answer to your questions is: it just depends.
