Funny, I have been accumulating for years and noone has made

mention of that.LOL Now, if only it would appreciate...

If in fact there are are settlement talks going on .....would it not make perfect sense for the other side to be purchasing shares? Not from a takeover perspective or to have a controlling interest....but simply to fund the settlement figure. A fair and equitable agreement with ptsc=higher share price= profit for tpl/moore, RA, Leckrone or whomever is funding the settlement. Would seem to be the obvious tactic to me if in fact they are close. GLTA
