New filing on PACER. Parties request continuance of CMC to June 10. Document states they`ve been in settlement talks. ``The parties are working towards signing a comprehensive settlement agreementresolving all clams [sic] and counterclaims pending in this action.``

Probably hung up on who gets more clams.
