That's why, IMO, any ascertion that the current feud "isn't" affecting licensing efforts would seem illogical. If we don't see a substantial rise in licensing within the next 30-45 days, I feel safe saying the impact is real. After all, everyone (including infringers) are aware of the NIRC.
