In any case, there are only 2 new requests for reexam. One was rejected outright. The other could not be granted a filing date in its current form without numerous corrections. That one has been resubmitted, and we don't know what will happen with it. Or whether it has any impact on the process to issue the notice of intent to issure ex parte reexam cert (NIRC) which the examiner said was in the works.
