I guess you could say that I am of the opinion that if the revenue comes in in much greater quanities it will overcome all the inperfections of the Board long enough for me to make a profit and say goodbye. Afterall, I hope you all do well, but quite frankly, I'm in it for the profit. I'll leave it to the company builders to argue the in and outs of this corporate melodrama, which I could care less about. I am stuck here because of my own greed, now I would like to rectify that situation as soon as possible. I know it sounds selfish of me to actually want to make a profit, but I just can't help myself. I invested because of the potential of the 336, a good story, great upside potential, and as we have all found over the years, flawed by inept leadership. I personally don't own enough shares to effect any kind of change, those delusional enough to think they can, good luck to you, I wish you well, but I don't see where anyone of you have had the slightest bit of success. We all know how Enstien felt about repetiveness, results, and insanity. I'll leave that diagnosis on an individual basis where it belongs.

P.S. Nice to realize that you think the recerification process will have no impact on litigation or licensing ( which is affected by a stay due to what...reexaminations?), which if successful should eventually lead to larger settlements. Makes you wonder why we are spending millions on this whole process? Since it really doesn't matter because they are valid anyway.
