I don't think there is anyone here that dosn't believe that the dividends were a bonehead move and I agree that the money should have been set aside for aquisitions and the unknown legal fights ahead. I beleive TPL, Pohl and the BoD underestimated the power of the large corporations and the fight they would ultimately have.

I agree with much of what you posted as well but just because I don't like the complaining about the BoD dosn't mean I support them and am defending them. In fact I am in the camp that would like to see some of those people replaced as well, but I also believe that we are not the ones that can make the changes happen. Those changes will occurr if they occurr from within PTSC IMO. Right now the future is hanging on the outcome of the recertified patents and PDSG. The company is stuck in a holding pattern imo until somthing breaks. Hopefully recertification of the 336 will be the trigger to start us in the right direction again.

I'm not so sure that investors are paying that much attention to PTSC's BoD history. We have because we lived it every day for years now. It does seem though that the BoD with RG as CEO is starting to act on the umbrella plan. Lets hope we have to worry about how PTSC will spend revenues when/if they start increasing in the future.

For me there are no sides here I'm not trying to be on anyones side I think most of us are here for the same reasons and that is to see a return on our investment or at least to recover our investment.
