"Can you see any LOGICAL reason, why a "shareholder" who allegedly owned millions (7-8?), got .08 cents divys for those shares, and "allegedly"still holds a "large" position, would continually post comments that would denegrate the value his and other fellow shareholders postions?"

A - 'He' is denigrating the BoD who have "managed" your share value down to .15, 'he' has no power to "denegrate the value" of his or your positions, only the BoD,Executives, Non-Executives and Management can do that.

B - The intent of constructive criticism is to get the non-performers to change their behavior, or realize that it may be best for all if they stepped aside, in order that the share value may appreciate due to better strategic managment.
