"Maybe TPL is waiting to get their ducks in a row before trying to bite off more than they can chew like they did with the J3."

Last week I "analyzed" the PR, that hopefully PTSC and TPL have some new licensees in the pockets to show the world that the licensing process has accelerated.

But another reason for the "big" PR from last week could be to strengthen and support the licensing negotiations in order to finalize it (= actually no new licensees).

I'm sure, this and next week will be telling (or is it hope...lol?)
