Hmm....Which of our current BOD members were in their positions when the patents were purchased?
Exemplary logic, indeed! lol
More of your exemplary logic: A message board poster's interpretation of events gleaned from a PR trumps the ongoing due dilligence, stewardship and fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors. And even when 20/20 hindsight repeatedly proves that stewardship ineffective at best, the criticism is due the message board poster, but not the Board of Directors.
Apparently you "stopped to think for a moment...and forgot to start again!".
Consider this milestone phd, how do you think Goerner would have fared with a BOD populated with five well-connected software and IT company executives or other professionals whose skill sets were in line with PTSC's stated core M&A business strategy in control of the BOD rather than a lawyer, an accountant and an anesthesologist. 20/20 hindsight prevents us from knowing this, of course, but so it will for any forseeable future under the guidance of your exemplary logic.
