I will repeat my belief..... Baroni was hired to make an assement of PDGS... however why??? I believe it is to come up with fair market value.... becuase PTSC is in the process of merging/buying out Lecky.... If you also remember RG's statement of exploring MMP options.... Lecky in the deal would recieve cash & stock.... This is CJ calling for the aduit.... he is our rep to TPL/MMP..... Lecky is broke & in debt..... Of course all speculations... but with PTSC the Mangement would have been better off saying Nothing... NO statemtn from RG "exploring otherb options" no hiring Baroni... then we cannot comment on it!!!!

Well time will tell....(maybe) no deal we may here nothing!!!!
