I am happy with both options but the second option [receiving payments on future products produced/sold by the licensed company] is the one where we will receive fees over and above the original license fee and this would be my hope.

That IMO was one of the main reasons we ran to $2+.. the 'two tiered' licensing program listed on TPL's website.. once it was determined there were no recurring revs.. many investors who had planned IMO to hold longterm bailed..

I really wish Leckrone would seriously consider recurring revs/royalties.. it would be a remarkable PR tool..
